Consent to Personal Data Processing
By submitting a request on the imm-thai.com website via the “Submit a Request” form, an individual, acting freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, provides consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter – the “Consent”) to Golubeva Kristina Igorevna, owner of the website imm-thai.com, registered at 194291, St. Petersburg, Rudneva St., 4, apt. 27, under the following terms:
This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automated means.
The Consent applies to the following personal data: personal data not belonging to special categories or biometric data, including: name, mobile phone number, and email address.
The purpose of data processing is to clarify order details and provide consultation.
During processing, the following actions may be performed with the personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; updating (clarification, modification); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
Third parties processing personal data on behalf of Golubeva Kristina Igorevna for the purposes specified in this Consent: IP Obukhov N.V. (Tilda service), 127051, Moscow, Tsvetnoy Blvd., 21, bldg. 1, P.O. Box 44.
Personal data will be processed for 30 days from the date of refusal to further discuss the project or from the date of decision to conclude a project agreement, in accordance with part 4 of article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, whichever occurs first.
Consent may be withdrawn by you or your representative by submitting a written or electronic statement signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on electronic signatures, to the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
In case of withdrawal of the Consent by you or your representative, Golubeva Kristina Igorevna has the right to continue processing personal data without it if there are grounds specified in points 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10, and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.
This Consent remains valid until the cessation of personal data processing as specified in points 6 and 7 of the Consent.
